To Beijing!

HOMG. I CAN’T SLEEEEEEEEP.

In less than 12 hours, I will be flying off to Beijing, yes that’s right, winter time. This is my first time preparing for such a long trip and a trip that enable me to see snow for the very first time.

And yes, if you are concerned about the nightmare I got for having a luggage-less trip to Beijing, I’m pleased to say that my luggage is already packed and tugged at a nice corner of my living room. Albeit messy. lol.

I’m excited…yet not so excited at the same time since I need to do work over there. STILL, it’s an opporunity for me to see the Beijing airport. I ALWAYS WANTED TO GO THERE ever since watching the documentary about Beijing Airport.

Was listening to Perfume’s One Room Disco and their lyrics was quite suitable to use for my case, LOL.

My luggage is heavy yet my feelings are light
When I opened my window, all I can see is scenery that I had yet to get used to
I feel a little uneasy however I’m sure that it will get fun later

I tided up my room and went out to do shopping

I probably need to think that I can do it otherwise I can’t do anything

meh. My Japanese are getting rusty too. I’m getting annoyed by my bad command of Chinese too.

then again, I can do it! I CAN SURVIVE IN BEIJING!!! I CANN!!!

Oh man, I’m so screwed.

And yes, that’s one of the reason why I’m getting the insomnia too.

Hopefully I’m able to post something here when I’m in Beijing!

Otherwise, that will only be an update after New Year. Nuuuuuuu, I don’t want that to happen! orz

Pieces here and there

My imagination went pretty wild today.

It’s kinda messy and I don’t really know how to describe it.

Times like this just feels great, but there’s always this irritating moment that shook you back to reality abruptly.

Hosted some BiTC students and teachers over to Singapore as they will be having a short stay in our school’s hostel.

This is the first time I’m doing this(same to the rest. lol) and I just feel…rather meh.

There are definitely more ROOMS for improvement. I graded my performance for this hosting as FAIL.

Fail as it can be, but at least I learned something new out of it. That is communication x_xlll, something that I still can’t really learn.

maybe I’m just wasn’t sociable enough.

Speaking of which….I REALLY REALLY need to brush up my Chinese. I find it hard to communicate with the Beijing students during the hosting because the thought of mixing some Singlish inside the conversation was very strong. This is bad, I can’t survive in Beijing with my Singlish! LOL

Watched Eva 2.0 again today. I think the only reason of doing so is to catch the preview trailer of 3.0 XDDD Kaoru promises to bring Shinji happiness in 3.0! INSTANT LOL!
I entrusted my babies(whole of my PW collection) to my friend today because I wanted to share the love of PW around(not that I will be playing much of it since….*coughs*) It was a sad depart but still! It’s for a good cause! So…I shall cringe for their return someday….XD

Leaving home for the longest period ever…will I even take it?

Catching up

Hello.

Supposedly, I’m gonna blog about how the awesome-ness of AFA day 2 brought for me but that thought to do so got rather delayed due to my chionging of report for my internship.MAY’N VOCALS ARE SO AWESOME!! MOTTEEEEKKKEEEEEEE!! I love that acrostic version of diamond crevasse performed by May’n and Furukuma Yoshiki plays the guitar. It’s stunning awesome(although I did went temporarily deaf as I was very near to the blasting speakers x_x)

Supposedly, I’m gonna blog about the first 2 days of FYP(yesterday & today) but the laziness got the better of me that I rather do some doodle in OpenCanvas(nuuu…SAI trial expires moons ago and I used once? orz)

Don’t get me started on my drama watching. Liar Game season 2 of episode 1 has been sitting in the drive like forever and I’m too “busy” to even watch it. = A =

< one week before  I say bye to Singapore. The best thing? I had not yet started packing yet!

I LOVE Anisong!!!

Highlight of the day had ought to be the concert! This is actually my first time attending such concert and I really had a blast time there. My view was awesomely good and currently my hand went sore with all those aggressive waves of light sticks.

I really should have brought more light sticks! Both lightsticks failed on me after one song and I was left shaking a non-lighted lightstick throughout the whole process. T_T

Shokotan was so awesome and friendly. She tried her best using English all the way to talk to the audience and I do think this is really commendable(although I really wished she had converse more in Japanese instead XDD) She was like “YOU ARE ALL MY BEST FRIENDS!!” and ahh! that’s really so nice of her!

T A T I’m so lucky to be at the front row, waving and doing crazy fanscreaming! The people who was around me was doing the same hardcore fanscreaming and that really feel so good! It’s as if everyone of us is united! THIS IS SO COOOOLLLLL!

After singing a couple of songs, Shokotan then mentioned that she blogs alot and now she wishes to take a photo with all us doing the finger pointing to the sky and post this memorable photo onto her blog(and she really did! Her speed of blogging is uber fast…fancy 3 pages of posts in within….3 hours? D:) if I really have to say it again…IT IS REALLY SO SO SO SO AWESOME! \ 0 / I just feel that one of my dreams has accomplished(maybe I like to have very simple dreams HAHA) to be able to see Shokotan performing in person, my life just feels a little complete and I have a new dream to fullfil and that is to save up more money to attend Animelo. I used to think about it but now the resolve of attending it has been strengthened. I want to enjoy the same adrenaline rush for such concerts again…and maybe see Shokotan perform yet again! 8D

After Shokotan, it was Miku-chan! Everyone just screamed in terrific joy. Despite the few technical glitches here and there, but the results was still astounding good. I sang along while Miku was singing(Miku miku ni shite ageru and World is Mine) IT WAS SOO AHHHHHH AWESOME TO THE MAX!!! I never had such joy in rooting for an idol(?) before!

After Miku-chan, it was Ichirou Mizuki, our beloved aniki on stage! This is actually my first time watching him perform live and sad to say since I’m not too into seinen and probably mecha(aside from macross f and code geass. lol) stuffs, I never heard of his songs before. BUT STILL! It’s so fantastic to just scream “ZZZZ!”, even though I hardly know the lyrics.

With all these, my music library has just updated new songs plus a new singer to root for.

ANIKI IS IMPRESSIVE I TELL YOU! He also tried to converse in English but then went back to Japanese because he seems kinda uncomfortable talking in English. He cracks jokes from time to time like saying that his real name is Kobayashi and there’s a famous music composer in Japan called Kobayashi Ase. He was joking about this because at that point of time he was sweating profusely and Ase means sweat in Japanese.

Aniki’s performance lasted for around 10 songs and in the process I was in non-stop waving-light-sticks mode! (My hands are still very sore though. LOL)

THEN. THE MOST EPIC THING HAPPENED.  The duet with Aniki and Shokotan during Aniki’s encore!(sadly no one said that for Shokotan. I was shouting encore but the rest of the crowd just kept quiet ):) Shokotan is famous for her love with seinen stuffs and she was ultra delighted to sing with Aniki. The crowd just went wild and continue the aggressive waving with light sticks all over again.

SERIOUSLY, it was so great to have a very active crowd(you know…Singapore’s crowd..not really everyone per se…but are generally known as cold) There seems to have some kind of movement procedure with the light sticks, but being a noob(since this is the first time) I just waved it with the rhythm. 8D It was kinda awkward at first, but once you got into the mood, nothing else matters and you just shake your body to the music. XD

So many first times accomplished within a night. And tomorrow, it’s May’n’s turn! I simply can’t wait to enjoy the same intense and united feelings I gotten tonight.IT IS JUST SO EPIC!!!!

Tonight is really unforgettable. AFA本．当．本．当．にー最高だ！！！

I thought of thousands of ways to make this post sound more…hmm..sincere. but in the end, Internet really thinned my patience(try facing the non-loading page for the next 2-3 hours and see if you dont flare up) and so this will be a very short post.

My colleagues wrote me a card, that’s so sweet of them 8D and got a treat at Sakae Sushi afterwards.

AND LOL. my supervisor, along with the rest got me a wallet for a parting gift.

Now now, I shall not hear any more complaints about me not changing my wallet okay!

okay, I really need to sleep early today…needa wake up early wee in the morning to enjoy my day.

I’m wondering if I’m doing the blushing color at the right shade of pink/red. *pouts*

Okay, the ear is completely wrong drawn + colored but it was too late to ctrl+z-ed it orz. I’m still not that good at drawing ears too ^^; I needa…well…try hard again!

I found myself a way to color the eyes that looked more reflective and I’m pretty pleased with the effect 8D Hopefully I can find a suitable shade of color for the hair(which well…isn’t going that smoothly >__>)

= w = I just realised I lost my pencil while I’m tidying my table up. GEEZ.

on a happier note, 1  day left to collection of AFA tickets!

Reminder

dreamed of the worst nightmare ever that it shook me awake in the middle of the night.

…I actually forgot to bring my luggage along to Beijing orz. This is so horrible! How am I supposedly gonna survive in the harsh winter if that’s really gonna happen!? D: PLUS, that dream is so real(I can even feel the piercing winter coldness because I wasn’t barely wearing enough to protect myself)

D: Maybe my subconsciousness is trying to remind me to pack my luggage(which I had yet to do so), so yea =/

I really need to pack real soon, I seriously can’t imagine myself having a luggage-less trip!!

and now in the office, I’m dubbed the “ORD” girl which is kinda ironic if you ask me.

that’s 4 more days to”ORD LOH”, I’m so scared stiff because I fear I might not deliver my project on time and that dreaded report has yet to be completed yet.
